This disclosure is a template prepared by digigund (the “Data Controller”) under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). The final legal text will be reviewed separately.

Personal data we collect
Identity / contact: name and email address (account registration, Google sign-in, or tool forms).
Transaction security: cookies or similar technologies for session, language preference, and security.
Usage data (only if cookie consent is granted): page views and interaction statistics via analytics tools.
Purposes and legal bases
Creating and managing accounts, delivering content and tools, security, and meeting legal obligations.
Responding to contact requests and (where explicit consent exists) informational / marketing messages.
Analytics cookies only with your explicit consent; essential cookies may be processed on legitimate interest / contract performance grounds.
Data subject rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, and learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly.
You may learn the third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK.
You may request that corrections/deletions be notified to third parties, object to outcomes arising solely from automated analysis that are adverse to you, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Retention and transfer
Personal data is kept for as long as needed for processing and legal retention duties, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Data may be transferred to technical providers required for hosting, email, and authentication. Any cross-border transfer will follow KVKK requirements.
